This Is Not an Oregon Government Office. We run a private statewide reference site. We cannot pull official documents, file paperwork, or issue certified copies. Those services come from the Oregon court, county office, or state agency that holds the record.
Need an Official Document?
Local case files, marriage licenses, jail bookings, and many warrant records remain with an Oregon county or city office. Choose the filing, issuing, arrest, or custody county in the county directory. Statewide systems have narrower roles: OJD indexes state-court cases, Oregon State Police provides qualifying criminal histories, Oregon DOC locates adults in state custody, and Oregon Vital Records issues eligible certified certificates.
- Court case files: use the county directory to reach the OJD circuit clerk or the correct local court
- Marriage and divorce records: see marriage and divorce records for county-clerk, circuit-court, and Oregon Vital Records routes
- Probate, wills, and estates: see probate records
- Criminal and arrest records: use arrest records and court charges for OJD, OSP, police, prosecutor, and booking routes
- State prison or county jail custody: see Oregon inmate records for DOC Offender Search, VISOR, and local rosters
- Active warrants: see Oregon warrant records because no complete public statewide name index exists
- Clerk duties and copies: use the Oregon clerks page to distinguish the OJD circuit clerk from the elected county clerk
